Haqbil is the studio of Husnain Pasha — an AI systems builder who designs and ships vertical AI systems end to end. Not templated automations or demos: production systems sold on the business outcome they deliver. Based in Pakistan, building for clients worldwide.
Most AI work stalls in the gap between a demo and a system. The model behaves in a notebook, and then nobody owns the data it depends on, the failure cases, or the handoff. What I build is the whole path: ingestion, features, models and agents, the reporting layer the output is read in, and the monitoring that tells you when it drifts.
One person across all of it means fewer handoffs and a system that is coherent because one person understands every part of it. The systems on the Work page are ones I designed and built myself — two of them running live — and I would rather walk you through a real one than talk about capability in the abstract.
How I work

Implement and verify against that outcome, not a demo — tested on real data.

You own it, with documentation and monitoring so it keeps running without me.
