Haqbil is the practice of Suny Farooqi — an AI-systems engineer who designs, builds, and ships agents, ML pipelines, and automation for businesses that need something to actually work in production, not just in a demo.
Most AI projects fail quietly — not because the model was wrong, but because nobody owned the whole system. A contractor builds the model, a different team wires up the integration, and no one is accountable when the pipeline breaks at 2am or the agent hallucinates a policy that doesn't exist.
I work differently: one person, across the full stack — from data modeling to agent design to the automation that ties it into your existing tools. That means fewer meetings, fewer handoffs, and a system that's coherent because one person actually understands all of it.
I've built claims-triage agents for insurance teams, demand forecasting pipelines for consumer goods companies, and support automation for SaaS teams — always with the same standard: it has to hold up after I'm no longer the only one looking at it.
